Neurodivergent burnout requires a whole-life lens
This is not a stress response that simply resolves with rest. It is a result of chronic misalignment between internal needs and external demands. It’s the cumulative cost of compensating, adapting, and pushing through without the right support, taking a toll on the brain and body.
Addressing it meaningfully requires a holistic look at someone's life: routines, sensory needs, environment, external expectations, social demands, and the sustained cost of navigating a world not built with your neurotype in mind.
